SARA LEE - NURSERY MANAGER AT PLAYCARE 
Sara, 41 years old has been working at Playcare for 15 years. Sara has vast nursery experience from working locally and in London. Sara has a Level 3 in Early Years Care and Education and attended the University of North London where she studied teaching. Sara has seen many changes in Early Years whilst working at Playcare, but maintains that paramount throughout these changes is that every child is cared for as a indivdual. Sara has a young son who also attended Playcare so she understands Early years both as a professional and a mother. Sara is currently studying a Level 5 in Management.

JADE BROOKES - NURSERY TEAM MANAGER
Jade aged 29 years will have been working at Playcare for 15 years this year, Jade started as an apprentice after leaving school. Jade has levels 2 and 3 in both Early Years and Playcwork, and has also studied a variety of courses through the Open University. Jade has had a variety of roles at Playcare based in all groups. Jade is now responsible for managing the team on the floor and overseeing the planning and assessment of all the children. Jade has a 4 year old little boy who is just starting school this year after being at Playcare.

JADE RICHARDS - LEAD PRACTITIONER FOR PRE-SCHOOL
Jade aged 24, is Playcare's vibrant lead at preschool. Jade is an energetic character who is passionate in her role. Jade joined Playcare this year after relocating from the Midlands. Jade now lives with her partner and their dog.

AMY GROVES - LEAD PRACTITIONER FOR THE BABY GROUP
Amy aged 24 leads Playcare's baby group with a great team. Amy joined Playcare in January and is Playcare's very own Mary Poppins. Amy has a degree in Early Childhood and has run baby groups at other nurseries previously.
