Fees include fruit / biscuits / milk / water during morning and / or afternoon sessions ( please
refer to nursery menu). Playcare operates a family - friendly policy, so standard fees apply to all and there is no premium
for younger groups.
Fees are payable by Standing Order only on the1st monthly, STRICTLY IN ADVANCE. Allowances / Refunds
cannot be made for ANY ABSENCE. Unsheduled time at nursery (outside regular or agreed sessions or extensions) will be charged
retrospectively at 4.00 per part of any hour. All agreed sundry will be invoiced separately
in arrears at standard fees, please do not make any ad hoc payments. A charge of 25.00 will be
made for unpaid and returned cheques, non receipt or cancellation of a Standing Order without prior agreement.
A deposit equivalent to four week´s fees (to the nearest 25.00 above,
and a maximum of 500.00) is required upon completion of settling, and prior to commencement at
nursery. Deposits will be refunded when leaving nursery, subject to one month´s written notice. Please do not offset the deposit
against fees.
The calculation for monthly accounts is weekly fees X 51 divided by 12. Therefore, an allowance
is made at source for christmas closure.
