For every child’s continuity of care, it is Playcare Policy that all children attend the minimum of 2 sessions per week. Under Two’s are not offered afternoon only sessions.

Early Years Free Entitlement (EYFE) or Free Sessions are available from 3+. Each child is entitled to 5 x 3 hour funded sessions weekly, to a maximum of 570 hours annually. Fees will be adjusted based on a weekly attendance and deducted from your monthly fees. A financial summary will be issued at the start of each funding period/term. Limited funded only sessions (term time only) are offered subject to availability.

Playcare offers a family-friendly policy, so standard fees apply to all and there is no premium for younger groups. Unscheduled time at nursery (outside regular or agreed sessions or extensions) will be charged retrospectively at £5.00 per part of any hour. All agreed sundry sessions will be invoiced separately in arrears at standard fees, please do not make ad hoc payments. A charge of £25.00 will be made for unpaid and returned cheques, non-receipt or cancellation of a Standing Order without prior agreement.

There is a deposit equivalent to four week’s fees  (to the nearest £25.00 above, and a maximum of £500.00), 50% due when start date and settling plan are confirmed.
Deposits will be refunded when leaving nursery, subject to one month’s written notice. Please do not offset the deposit against fees.

The calculation for monthly accounts is weekly fees x 51 divided by 12. Therefore, an allowance is made at source for Christmas closure.
