A day nursery for children aged 6 months to 5 years

Playcare Nursery has been providing quality, quality childcare for families 
in the Brighton and Hove area since 1990. Rated Good by Ofsted 2014, it is located in a quiet central location, 10 minutes walk from Brighton Station. Playcare Nursery offers childcare for children aged 6 months to five years in a safe, spacious environment.
 
Our dedicated and experienced staff include Early Years Graduates and an established team who have been highly trained in child development focussing on birth to 5 years of age.
 
Competitive priced and family focused, Playcare Nursery is open from 8am until 6pm, 51 weeks a year. Everyday our children use the secure outside play area filled with toys and age appropriate equipment and enjoy healthy meals from our kitchen prepared by Sarah.

We have several rooms dedicated to the needs of babies and toddlers containing challenging and age appropriate resources. In our happy and encouraging environment, our under 2’s will have a programme of fun learning activities as outlined by the Early Years Foundation Stage.

Our Fees

Providing excellent value for money, Playcare Nursery’s all inclusive fees are competitively priced. Our nursery fee structure is transparent, contains no hidden extras and we offer sibling discount. We provide Early years free entitlement (EYFE) sessions for 2, 3 and 4 year olds and accept childcare vouchers.

Playcare Nursery’s excellent on-site kitchen gives children healthy and delicious meals that they enjoy, starting with our weaning menu we aim to introduce children to a variety of tastes and textures so that they are confident eaters, willing to try new foods.

Extra Learning Activities

We offer more. At Playcare Nursery we inspire, stimulate, explore and have fun! In partnership with award-winning local activity providers we have a series of activities planned for our children including Hartbeeps sensory play, yoga and language classes.
